1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Undergraduate Program (B.A.):
    • Candidates must have successfully completed their Higher Secondary Education (10+2) from a recognized board or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 40% marks in aggregate is required for general category students, while reserved category students are eligible with a minimum of 35% marks as per government regulations.

2. Application Process

  • Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
    • The application form can be obtained from the college office or downloaded from our official website.
  • Step 2: Fill in the Application Form
    • Fill out the form with accurate and complete information. Ensure that all required fields are properly filled.
  • Step 3: Submit the Application Form
    • Submit the duly filled application form to the college office along with the necessary documents listed below. Forms can be submitted in person or sent by post.

 3. Required Documents

  • Photocopy of Higher Secondary Education (10+2) mark sheet.
  • Photocopy of Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution.
  • Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card or any other government-approved ID proof.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
  • Migration Certificate (for students from other boards or states).

4. General Guidelines

  • Discipline: All students are expected to adhere to the college’s code of conduct and maintain discipline on campus.
  • Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for the final examination.
  • Anti-Ragging: Our college has a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Strict action will be taken against those found guilty of engaging in such activities.
  • Grievances: Students can report any grievances related to admissions or other issues to the college’s Grievance Redressal Cell.

  • A full refund of the fees (excluding non-refundable processing charges) is granted if a student withdraws from the program before the commencement of the academic session.

2. Refund Process

  • Application for Refund:
    • Students seeking a refund must submit a written application to the college office along with the necessary supporting documents, such as the original fee receipt and a valid reason for withdrawal.
  • Processing Time:
    • The refund process will typically take 30 working days from the date of submission of the refund application. Refunds will be processed through cheque, and any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases where a student has to withdraw due to exceptional circumstances (such as a medical condition or family emergency), the refund request will be reviewed individually by the college administration. The final decision will be made in accordance with the University’s guidelines and the specific situation presented.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain fees, such as admission fees, examination fees, and other specified charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances. These will be clearly outlined at the time of admission.
